Instructor presence is crucial to student success, perhaps especially in an online learning environment. Offering regular, meaningful feedback is an excellent way to contribute to student learning and to make your presence in the course known.     I like that you focus on breaking the material into more manageable sections. I found that students feel overwhelmed and anything that can be can done to improve delivery gives them confidence and enjoy the class.
