Continued Professional Development for Review Teams
Even after completing the POCR course and becoming a Local POCR Certified College, reviewers should continue mastering the course review process to ensure they stay up to date with the rubric, accessibility changes, and new technologies. There are several ways to do this:
- Attending quarterly statewide norming sessions
- Participating in statewide professional development opportunities
- Attending statewide conferences like the Online Teaching Conference (OTC)
- Developing and participating in in-house review team norming sessions
