First Friday: Is Teaching Public Speaking 100% Online Possible?

This webinar is part of our May First Friday event. This session is intended for faculty members that would like to include live presentations in their online courses or are interested in teaching public speaking 100% online. Angela Prelip, faculty at Folsom Lake College, will give an overview of the pilot program and the changes in the CSU Instructional Modality requirements for public speaking, emphasize how students give speeches in the presence of students and the instructor, and discuss some of the relevant pros and cons.
