Khanmigo for Canvas

Thanks to a partnership with Khan Academy, California Community Colleges (CCC) now have free access to Khanmigo Teacher Tools in Canvas! Khanmigo is an innovative tool designed to help faculty generate high-quality content they can modify with AI support. Product highlights include:

• Discussion Prompts: Craft engaging prompts to stimulate meaningful discussions
• Rubric Generator: Design clear, detailed grading rubrics to set expectations and simplify scoring.
• Letter of Recommendation: Quickly generate personalized letters of recommendation to support your students’ academic and professional goals.

Colleges must opt-in to Khamnigo and faculty can then choose to enable the product at the course level. Please check with your local Canvas Administrator for availability.

The CVC is working with both Instructure and Khan Academy on training opportunities for the CCC system. Additionally, several self-paced resources are available for faculty interested in using Khanmigo:
