Attendance Sign-In Sheet (MS Word)
Use this on Friday, October 25th to track who attends which sessions in your viewing room.
Attendance Reporting Form
Submit this form one time for each attendee no later than Tuesday, October 29th. This form reports your viewing room attendance data to CVC-OEI/@ONE for inclusion in our conference data reports.
