Bio: Donna Gustafson is a member of the CCC TechConnect support team, with over 16 years of experience. She has been with the CCC Confer project from its inception. Understanding that support is the key to successful use of the Zoom video conferencing tool, Donna and her team provide one-on-one client-side support utilizing live remote support and reference documentation.

In her current position as Interim Support Manager, she oversees operations of the TechConnect helpdesk to resolve technical issues with TechConnect programs and services and tracks trends to ensure quality customer service.
